Nishikant Sonwalkar
CEO/Founder

Dr. Nishikant Sonwalkar an academic, inventor, and successful entrepreneur, has over 25 years of experience creating educational technology beginning with his former role as the Director of the Hypermedia Lab at MIT, where he earned his Doctor of Science (Sc.D.). As the Director of Hypermedia Lab and Principal Educational Architect at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Dr. Sonwalkar was key architect of the Singapore MIT Alliance (SMA program which is a premier distance education program delivered by MIT at three Universities in Singapore). He is the inventor of the technology as the heart of the company, and continues to lead the research and development of the next generation of products. Specific to the commercialization of the BCI Adaptive 2.0 learning platform, Dr. Sonwalkar is responsible for negotiating with partner firms as well as assisting with the technology road map and strategic market positioning of the company.  (see biographical sketch)

Charlie Orosz
Vice President of Operations

Charlie Orosz leads the strategy and operations related to commercialization and growth of company.  He has over 20 years of experience in teaching, managing firms of all sizes, and implementing software solutions to transform education and improve business operations. He has lead teams in creating and delivering classroom and online programs that have helped over 100,000 individuals change or enhance their careers. He has overseen the creation of numerous learning initiatives for corporations whom have realized multifold ROI on these programs. He leads by influence, keeps a focus on the bottom line, and strives to keep the organization focused on its mission and growth. He is the ultimate team player and measures his success by the success of the organization he serves. He is currently focused on leading business development, marketing, customer operations, and refining the company's strategic plan to focus on customer success.

 

 

Charles McClinton
Vice President of Program Development

Dr. McClinton has more than 35 years of experience in health education administration & nonprofit health association management. His health education experiences include allied health education and graduate medical education and accreditation and  approximately ten years directing Prehealth Advising programs at North Carolina Central University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).  He is committed to expanding the intellADAPT  2.0 Learning Platform In order to improve how student's perform in STEM courses, especially among minority populations.
